1. Click in a database range.
   データベース範囲をクリックします。(par_id3145751.45)

   If you select a range of cells, only these cells will get sorted. If you just click one cell without selecting, then the whole database range will get sorted.
   セルの範囲を指定すれば、そのセルだけがソートされます。選択せずに1つのセルをクリックすると全体のデータベース範囲がソートされます。(par_id121020081121549.)

2. Choose Data - Sort.
   データ → 並べ替えの順に選択します。(par_idN10635.)

   The range of cells that will get sorted is shown in inverted colors.
   ソートされるセルの範囲は反対色で表示されます。(par_id121020081121547.)

3. Select the sort options that you want.
   必要な並べ替えオプションを選択します。(par_idN10645.)

4. Click OK.
   OK をクリックします。(par_idN1063D.)
